Using this site
By browsing this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top of this page changes when they are.
What is on it, and who owns it
Everything on this site is protected by copyright and related rights. That includes the sound recordings and the compositions, the cover artwork, the photography, the videos, the text and the design of the site itself. Rights are held by Naylor Stone, by Burn County Music, or by the photographers, artists and other rights holders concerned, as the case may be.
Nothing on this page transfers any of those rights to you.

The mailing list
Joining the front row is voluntary, and how your details are handled is set out in the privacy notice. Submit only an address you are entitled to use. You can leave at any time from any email.
Third-party services and links
The site embeds players from Spotify and YouTube, and links out to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Burn County Music. Those services are run by other people under their own terms and privacy policies, and neither Naylor Stone nor Burn County Music is responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.
Availability and accuracy
The site is provided as it is. Release dates, show dates and production status are stated in good faith and can change, which is the nature of making a record. Nothing here is a promise that a particular song or date will arrive at a particular time. The site may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside anyone's control.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Naylor Stone nor Burn County Music is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
